Our Group Fitness Timetable centers on the Studio, Body Conditioning, Boxercise, Pilates & Stretch classes are just some of the classes which are complimentary within your membership.

Available to over 16’s.

Under 16’s during junior gym programmed timings.

Note: Booking is required for all our Group Fitness Classes which can be done a week in advance of the class. When you arrive to attend a Group Fitness Class you will then be able to put your name down for next week’s class. DSC_3996aGROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • Pilates & Stretch : Medium intensity classPilates is an exercise method designed to elongate, strengthen and restore your body balance and co ordination. Focusing on specific individual areas whilst integrating the whole body, helping to restore it to an optimum muscular and skeletal function.
  • Legs, Bums & Tums – Low to Medium intensity class

Energetic work out for the lower body and also great for improving co-ordination and balance.

  • Core Stability – Medium to High intensity class

This exercise class is to effectively recruit the trunk musculature and to control the lumber spine during movement. A twenty minute session works on both the individuals’ abdominals and back muscles.

  • Circuits – Medium to High intensity class                     

Circuit training is an excellent class to improve mobility, strength and stamina.

Each exercise is performed to either a set amount of repetitions or time before moving on the next station.

  • Pilates – Medium  intensity class

Another version of popular Pilates exercise which aims to strengthen your core muscles and improve posture. we will transition through the various moves to target your balance, co-ordination, flexibility and spinal stability.

  • Aqua Fit – Low to Medium intensity class

Suitable for all abilities and those individuals who require rehabilitation as your body weighs less in water.

Improves the fitness of your heart and lungs, tones the body but most of all its fun.

  • Total Body Conditioning – Medium intensity class

We work from head to toe conditioning and toning the whole body working all major muscles groups. An all over

workout for any individual …. at any fitness level.

  • Abs Blast- Medium to High intensity class

This weight based fitness class with tone your body and improve muscle endurance. Exercises will be performed with kettle bells, dumbbells, stretch bands or using your own body weight.

  • Tai chi – Low intensity class

Enjoy Tai Chi for health programme which was created by Dr Paul Lam. Integration of your mind and body will help your posture and balance. Cultivate your internal energy and strength through mindfulness, deep and flowing movements.

  • Body Pump Express –  Medium to High intensity class

This weight based fitness class with tone your body and improve muscle endurance. Exercises will be performed with kettle bells, dumbbells, stretch bands or using your own body weight.

  • Junior Gym – Come on Kids! More Cardio, Less Lardio.

For children aged between 11 and 16 years that want to make an early start towards a healthier lifestyle.

Children can have supervised use of the cardio vascular equipment. Why not train as a family?
